About Us

Calgary Skyline At Avenir Software Inc. we develop leading design tools for the HVAC and Plumbing industry, including HeatCAD for heating and cooling load calculations, and LoopCAD for radiant and snow melt system designs. Our development focus is on ease of use and accuracy, and our priority is timely technical support. Our guiding principle is to help our customers complete their professional quality designs quickly.

We also develop custom software programs for application design and product selection, specializing in easy-to-use tools for technical products that typically require application design and sizing calculations as an integral part of the selection and specification process. Our customized software products add value to our clients marketing and sales efforts by making their products the easiest to select, specify and quote, and by promoting a professional, polished image. We have been supplying our clients in the HVAC and Plumbing industries with these state-of-the-art solutions since 1993.

Our development team includes Mechanical and Chemical Engineers with experience in a wide variety of industries. This unique combination means that we already understand your products and applications—you won't waste valuable time and resources explaining mechanics, hydronics or chemistry. It also means that we have a good understanding of what the users of the software (i.e. our client’s customers) really want in the program. We design our software to make the users day-to-day work easier and faster. This all comes together resulting in leading-edge, flexible software tools that help maintain our clients positions as leaders in their markets.

I invite you to contact me to discuss how we can develop a custom software to assist with your marketing and sales initiatives.
